Our Founder
Lee Waddingham
Acting Lincs founder is Grimsby born Actor, Writer,
Director, Casting Director and Producer Lee Waddingham.
A graduate of the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Performing Arts, Lee has worked extensively in every facet of the industry. He has worked alongside Oscar, BAFTA and Olivier Award winners.
After fulfilling his performing ambitions on stage and screen he turned his attention to other areas of the industry and after three years working at the prestigious Mountview Academy Of Theatre Arts he went on to work for the BBC, Capital Radio, Discovery Channel and ITN.
As a producer his credits include
