Heather is a BAFTA nominated Producer who oversees a whole range of film and broadcast content from initial development and budget negotiations, through production, post, delivery and distribution.
Following studying Stage Management at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and with the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, Heather moved into Film and TV Production building a body of work with the BBC, Endemol and RDF among others before joining Fulwell 73 in 2012. Over the past decade at Fulwell she has held Senior Executive roles across both scripted and documentaries where she produced ‘THE CLASS OF 92’ (Universal), ‘ONE DIRECTION – WHERE WE ARE’ (Sony Music), and ‘I AM BOLT’ (Universal) which followed Usain Bolt through to the Olympics in Rio. Recent work includes critically acclaimed ‘HITSVILLE – THE MAKING OF MOTOWN’ (Showtime / Altitude) the first official all access feature documentary with Berry Gordy about the legendary Record Label and the BAFTA Nominated social sensation ‘BROS - AFTER THE SCREAMING STOPS’. (BBC/OurScreen) A raw and emotional look into the aftermath of fame and the re-connection between twins torn apart by their past.
As Producer on the theatrical scripted slate, 2014 saw the release of gritty drama ‘THE GUVNORS’ (Metrodome). She followed this up by ‘LEVEL UP’ (Universal) and ‘WHITE ISLAND’ shot in Ibiza, starring Joel Dommett, Billy Zane and Billy Boyd securing its world premiere in competition for ‘Best of British’ at the Edinburgh Film Festival with an event cinema release through Our Screen.
For Scripted Television Heather produced Urban Myth 'WHEN JOAN MET BARBRA' for Sky with Kathryn Ryan and Jessica Barden. Written and Directed by Sue Perkins. Heather recently produced 'BOUNDLESS' a Spanish language film and HETV series for Amazon Prime featuring Rodrigo Santoro (Westworld , Love Actually) & Alvaro Morte (Money Heist), a Co production with Elcano Films. On Christmas Day 2024 saw the record breaking release of 'GAVIN & STACEY : The Finale' saying an emotional but fond fairwell to the beloved series. Heather Co Produced this one off special for Fulwell 73.
Heather has spent over a decade working alongside Fulwell 73 Managing Partner Leo Pearlman across company development and project management for high profile content including 'CINDERELLA' (Sony Colombia) featuring Camilla Cabello, Billy Porter, and Idina Menzell.
Heather’s relationship with Fulwell continues through an exclusive first look and development deal, with a number of projects already on the company's slate that will be produced in collaboration between the two companies.
In 2021 she was selected from 100s of applicants to be one of 20 participants for Inside Pictures, the scheme gives direct business growth support and industry training and is the leading programme for film executives across Europe. In 2023 Heather was honoured to be asked to join the development board of the National Youth Theatre, working with them to ensure that more people and organisations understand the brilliant and vital work that NYT does in giving life-changing experiences and opportunities to young people across the country.
